Sponsored by senior management, the Graduate Development Program (GDP) is a two-year cross-business rotational program designed to attract high-potential talent with demonstrated customer focus and leadership aptitude.
Graduate Development Program participants benefit from a common global start date and a structured learning curriculum that includes an intensive two-week orientation program as well as in-between rotation class meetings. Graduates have continuing access to senior management, performance management and ongoing support and coaching from the Program Manager. Upon successful completion of the program, Graduates are placed in roles that focus on continued career development to further develop leadership potential.
