Terry is the FINEX Solicitors Practice Leader and has 30 years insurance experience principally advising on risk financing and design of Professional Indemnity programmes for international professional firms. Prior to joining Willis, Terry worked for Minet and its successor Aon, dealing with the Professional Indemnity programme for the Big 4 accounting firms. Terry subsequently joined Marsh and dealt with a variety of professional firms including law firms, management and property consulting firms. Terry has conducted Strategic Risk reviews for a variety of professional firms in the U.K. and U.S.
Qualifications
Fellow of Chartered Insurance Institute, and MBA from the Cass Business School in London.

Jayne began her insurance career over 22 years ago and specialises in the negotiation of UK professional indemnity claims and the servicing of major clients. Prior to joining Willis she was a highly regarded claims negotiator for a major UK Insurer and due to her status in the Market, Jayne holds unique authority from a number of Insurers to negotiate claims on their behalf. She regularly lectures on the subject of claims mitigation and liaises with UK law firms on the issue of professional indemnity insurance. Jayne currently oversees the FINEX Solicitors Pofessional Indemnity Claims team in London.

Steve is responsible for implementing, maintaining and improving the overall Willis Professional Risks standards and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements of any description, internal business risk management controls, and delivery of high standards of service to clients.
Steve had over 20 years' service with another leading broker before moving to Willis in January 2005 and is experienced in a wide range of insurance disciplines, both in terms of classes of business and stages in the process. Steve has successfully implemented ISO 9001 standards in different business areas, has never failed an accreditation or mid-term assessment and is now central to Willis Professional Risks strategies for meeting the regulatory demands of the FSA. In addition, Steve has particular expertise in the subject of International Insurance Regulations and the application of Insurance Taxes to multinational policies and his articles are regularly published by the insurance industry press.
